Open the Guide in the app. "Animate a puppet in 1 minute" is the quickest start. The Help button in the editor always reopens the tour and lessons.
Place the phone somewhere steady and step back 2–3 metres so your head, arms and legs are in frame. Good light helps. Make sure camera access is allowed for Jointo in Settings.
In the Voice screen, choose the puppet under "Who's speaking?". Recordings set to Narrator don't move a mouth.
Only MP4 carries sound; GIF can't. Choose MP4 when exporting.
On the home screen, My films → New film. Add your projects with Add scene, pick transitions with the pink button between scenes and add a soundtrack with ♪.
Create an account and sign in: your projects back up to the cloud and open on your other device with the same account. Without an account you can also move them as files with "Share as project file" or "Back up all".
Tap "Forgot password" on the sign-in screen; a reset link will arrive by email.
iPhone: Settings → your Apple Account → Subscriptions → Jointo. Android: Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Jointo. Pro stays active until the end of the period.
Tap "Restore purchases" on the Pro screen. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple Account / Google account.
In the app, Account → Delete account. Your account and all cloud projects are permanently deleted.
